“Mercat” was inspired by the beauty and grace of our feline friends, coupled with the magical world of mermaids. I created the drawing with pen/ink and digitally colored background elements. Available for adoption as an ART PRINT HERE on my Etsy Shop.

This underwater “Sea Skull” artwork infuses some of the fanciful creatures of the deep ocean with a decorative bent: seahorse skeletons, shells, coral and jellyfish tentacles. I didn’t want to go overboard with color; rather, wanted to highlight the details. Creating decorative skulls is really fun; perhaps I’ll explore glowing eyes in another piece 🙂

Created these special versions of the Bone Decor art for the Chillin Productions Art Show at 111 Minna Gallery (organized by Wonderland SF).
Mixed media: my illustrations, metallic findings, and coyote jawbone (painted silver). Since the item was to be displayed vertically, I glued the bones to the surface, then drilled holes into the board and it was sewn together with fishing line wire. A lot of behind-the-scene efforts, but well worth it.

This “Lilith, Tree Goddess” Art print is now available on ETSY~ so add it to your collection today! 🙂
The piece was inspired by the famed goddess in old folklore, where feminine beauty and power reign free. Lilith is the goddess of freedom, courage, and passion. I created this piece with pen/ink, graphite, photography for the background and a tiny bit of digital coloring. The tones are kept minimal, to highlight her otherworldly qualities. Lilith seduces her subjects with her hands of branches as she is one with the earth. Skulls reside in her headdress, which were based upon the exquisite ornaments of old Chinese royalty, suggesting her royal status.

Launched a new venture with RED BUBBLE, where I get to experiment with placing my art on fun skirts, dresses, and pillows in Fantasy and Macabre themes. My shop name on RedBubble is “Shaire Prod”, an abbreviate name (my full “ShaireProductions” name was unfortunately too long for RedBubble–doh!) Regardless, I’m sooooo excited–take a peek HERE! 🙂

“Bird Skull Mandala” is inspired by the beauty of the macabre, with a detailed winged pattern drawn meticulously with pen/ink. I love creating a piece that combines the simple elegance of nature with the dark side of life. For a small price, you can indulge in this stunning piece and add this print to your collection or as a small gift for your friends or family: HERE on Etsy
