For a small price, you can indulge in this stunning piece and add this print to your collection or as a small gift for your friends or family: HERE on Etsy

“Waking Dream” is inspired by horror films, zombies and magic. The core of the design is a rendered skull of rocks, with the spirits seeping through below. It was mostly created via several pens and a touch of graphite. I added a tint of green and yellow for the eyes–subtle coloring via Photoshop.

“Aztec Woman” was inspired by the beauty and strength of the Ancients, where magic and lore run free. It was also inspired by Santánico Pandemonium, a vampire snake goddess character from the popular TV series “From Dusk Till Dawn”. I created the drawing with pen/ink and digitally colored the background. The tones and shading are kept simple and not hyper-realistic, to emulate a vintage poster style, and a reminder of the fictional environment that this lovely woman resides in.

Bastet, the cat goddess of protection found in Ancient Egyptian mythology, is immortalized in this illustration of pen/ink and digital coloring. Cats are often seen roaming about Egypt freely and revered, as they probably were in ancient times. I placed one of my photos from the historic Temple of Karnak in the background.
