With Halloween just around the corner, was inspired to create fun dessert creatures (maybe will turn them into stickers or buttons): Cupcake Blob, Ice Cream Cone, Pie, Donut, Strawberry Tart, Spider Cake and the Lamprey Churros. Bite into them before they bite you first! 🙂

This collage coffin art (Muskrat Skull and Silver Moth wings) was created for the Halloween Art Show at The Loin art gallery/shop on Thursday, October 3, 2019. The red edges and outer wings have a glow-in-the-dark effect–super fun to do. The green vines were created with an acrylic pen, Molotow, German brand, my new fav marker 🙂

Created this collage art with my abstract leaves illustration in the background, topped with a silver-painted rhino beetle. A jeweled beetle wing lays on top of it, along with some metal findings and enamel paint, than was applied with a lil toothpick 🙂 This was created for the Jungle Art Show at Syzygy Co-op in San Francisco, happening on Thursday, Sept 19, 2019.

These Snake Hibiscus and Plumeria art pieces were created for the Jungle Art Show at Syzygy Academy Coop in San Francisco. They’re quite different from my other work in its highly saturated tones, but a fun series. For the Hibiscus piece, my snake inspiration was the Yellow-headed Calico Snake, while the Plumeria piece had an artistic license of somewhere between the common Tree Snake and Tree Python.
