“Empress Mermaid” is a regal tentacled queen inspired by ancient Chinese Qin and Han Dynasty fashion with beautiful long-sleeved garments. Asian Pacific Islander month and Instagram’s Mermay were also catalysts for this creation. The empress wears a necklace made of seaweed and jewels, while her headdress is adorned with shells and florals.
